Deep Freeze 2009 Bid Information

We'll be accepting up to 25 teams on a first-come-first-served basis. 

To place a bid for your team:

1. Email Raley and share your interest
2. Make out a $200.00 check to Raley Parker and mail it to:

Schedule (Tentative, as always)

Saturday

• The Captains' Meeting will take place at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning.  
• First round games will begin at 9:00 AM
• All rounds will be capped at a designated time
• Pool Play will be structured once we know for certain the # of teams that will attend, but plan on playing 3-4 games
• At the end of the day, everyone is encouraged to gather for the Oddstar Game, where the coaches get to show they're stuff.  All coaches will compete against an "Allstar Team" made up of 1 elected individual from each team in a game that will most assuredly be both inspiring as well as entertaining.  
• Following the Oddstar Game, we'll host a pizza dinner Saturday evening at a location TBD  

Sunday

• The Captains' Meeting will take place at 8:30 AM on Sunday morning. 
• First round games will begin at 9:00 AM
• Finals WILL begin at 12:00 PM (We have to off the fields by 2:00)
• Sunday brackets will be developed according to the # of teams that attend
